American Pro Garage Doors did an amazing job fixing our residential garage door. One of the torsion springs snapped, and the garage door wouldn’t open at all. They came out the same day, replaced the spring, adjusted the tracks, and made the whole system run smoother and quieter than before. Gil was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. Fair pricing, fast service, and quality work. I highly recommend American Pro Garage Doors for any garage door repairs!

When our garage door suddenly would not open just before 5pm, I called and a real person answered, politely asked questions and quickly had me scheduled for the next morning. Their technician Avi explained what he found to be the problem and then gave us several options based on the age and wear on all parts. His office had the parts so he was able to go get them and return in time to make the repair. I would highly recommend!

Stop looking around, I already did that for you - this is the company you want to hire for your garage doors. I had high lift garage doors installed, and had four different companies provide a quote. Gil was the assigned service rep, and he was a true professional. Friendly, transparent, and fair pricing. They did the job, and even came after to check the quality of the work AFTER the invoice qas paid in full. He came back voluntairly to address any remaining issues, and answer questions. Couldn't be happier with the service and the work quality. Would recommend to anyone. Small businesses like this deserve to succeed, and I wish them the best.

I am extremely happy with their work. My vintage 1987 garage door had a single panel that was decaying with age. American Pro offered to find an older matching panel in good condition. It took a few weeks, but they were able to locate a used garage door panel that was a perfect match. The repair was inexpensive and a wonderful alternative to installing a full pair of brand new doors. They also replaced my classic 1987 garage door opener that was on its last legs. Onri Ogunkile was a great guy, showed up on time, and took care of things to perfection. I'm very happy with the final results.

I had American Pro Garage doors come out April 18 because my door button on the wall had stopped working and the laser sensors were registering something in the way when there wasn't. On the first trip they were able to get everything running but the laser began having issues again about a week later.

I called late one afternoon and they had someone scheduled for first thing the next day. Gili came out and found that one of the laser sensors was beginning to fail and replaced it for me. Because they have a 30 day guarantee on their work, I didn't have to pay a penny for the second appointment.

They had great customer service and awesome work. I'll be referring them to friends.

I had a torsion spring break on my overhead garage door. The next day after checking out reviews I called Tip Top Garage Doors. The call went well and a serviceman was scheduled for later in the same day. I received a text confirmation along with the technician's name, Devon Culver. Before the scheduled arrival time I received a text indicating that Devon would be arriving early. He arrived in a truck from American Pro Garage Doors of NC. When I questioned him regarding the apparent inconsistency in company names, I was told that Tip Top had gone out of business and that American Pro Garage Doors of NC had purchased their phone number. Since both companies had very good review ratings, I let it go.
Devon did a great job in a short amount of time. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Two torsion springs and three bearings were replaced and the controller was readjusted. The cost was not cheap but based on my past repair history, it was not unreasonable. I recommend American Pro Garage Doors of NC and will consider using them if the need should arise in the future.

Would highly recommend!! After 6 months of waiting for our new solid wood doors to arrive, they showed up with the wrong rails. Devon tried every which way to listen to the suggestions from the manufacturer. He walked me through every suggestion until we exhausted them all, after which the manufacturer sent exactly what he had suggested from the first moment. The install was precise and expertly executed. Thank you VERY much!
